Service Level Agreement

External Services and Integrations

The platform may depend on external services, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, communication platforms, and other third-party systems.

Accordingly:

• We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, delays, or data inaccuracies caused by external providers

Fees, Billing & Subscriptions

• Our total liability arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim

Some jurisdictions may not permit certain liability limitations; in such cases, applicable legal restrictions shall prevail.

Updates and Service Changes
